Mark Procedure History as Reviewed

You can mark procedure history as reviewed in Oracle Health EHR.

To mark procedure history as reviewed:

1. From the patient's chart, select the Histories heading.
2. Select the Procedure tab.
3. Review the documented procedure history and select Mark as Reviewed.
