Reschedule Appointment

You can reschedule an appointment with a status of Scheduled, Checked-in, No-Show, or Canceled in Oracle Health EHR.

To reschedule an appointment:
  1. In the Visits section of the patient chart or in the Visits and Appointments tab on the Visits, Appointments, and Referrals page, select Actions (...) next to an appointment with a status of SScheduled, Checked-in, No-Show, or Canceled.
  2. Select Reschedule.
  3. In the Reschedule Appointment panel, select who requested the reschedule and the reason, then select Continue.
  4. On the Reschedule Appointment page, select a start date and select an available appointment.

    Note:

    Appointment type, specialty, provider, and location are prepopulated based on the original appointment but can be modified.
  5. Select Reschedule.
    The appointment is rescheduled.
