Sign and Forward a Document

You can sign and forward a document in Oracle Health EHR.

1. Open a document.
2. From the Sign menu, select Sign and Forward.
3. From the Forwarding panel, enter a user's name in the Cosigner box or Reviewer box.
4. Enter text in the Comments box.
5. Select Forward.
   The document is forwarded to the user and is displayed as a Needs Attention item.
