Take Action on a Single Item

You can take action on a Needs Attention task.

Note:

Items from different components in Oracle Health EHR are displayed under the Needs Attention heading. Items may display a priority status to help you determine which tasks are most important. See Request Priority on Needs Attention Tasks.

Available options vary by component; therefore, you may see a subset of the options described below.

1. From either the Needs Attention panel or the expanded list, select an item. The following options are available, depending on the type of item selected:
   • Sign
   • Endorse
   • Discard

Once you have taken action, the item is removed from the Needs Attention list.
