View Assessment and Plan Content

You can view Assessment and Plan content on the Documents page in Oracle Health EHR.

1. On the Documents page, select Show A&P.
   The Assessment and Plan content for each document is displayed.
2. (Optional) To collapse the Assessment and Plan content, select Hide A&P.
