View GUDID Information for an Implant

You can view GUDID information for an implant in Oracle Health EHR.

To view GUDID information for an implant:
  1. From the patient's chart, select the Histories heading.
  2. Select the Implant tab.
  3. Select an implant with a validated UDI, DI, or bar code.
  4. Select FDA Reference.
