View Patient Growth Charts

You can view growth charts in Oracle Health EHR.

To view a patient's appropriate growth charts:

From the Vitals section of the patient's chart, select View Growth Charts.
The growth charts most appropriate for the age of the patient are displayed by default. If the patient qualifies for secondary charts, select the tab to see the appropriate secondary growth charts.
Hover over a data point on the graph to view growth velocity.
Growth charts are displayed in trend format by default. Select List to view the chart information in a table.
