View Tracked Changes

You can view the tracked changes for a document in Oracle Health EHR.

1. Open the action history for a document.
2. Select Show Tracked Changes in the right panel.
   The tracked changes are displayed in the document.

   Note:

   The Show Tracked Changes button is only displayed when multiple versions of the document are available to view.
3. To turn off tracked changes, select Hide Tracked Changes.
