SMTP Setup
The SMTP Setup allows you to set the email server settings to support sending of outgoing email in SPMS
System Parameters
The parameters that stores the SMTP Setup Settings are listed under parameter group “Promo”

SMTP User Password
The SMTP User Password is configured in OHC Tools. You may refer to the section “Change Password” in OHC Tools user guide.
TLS 1.2 Setting for Windows
The SMTP Server on Windows are required to support secure connection. Minimally, TLS 1.2 is required. To configure TLS 1.2 on Windows, see Knowledge Article DOC11966 for more information.
