Refunding a Package Plan

The unutilized package plan is refundable to the crew at the end of the cruise. Below are the steps to refund a Value based package, Quantity based and Mix package.

  1. In the Disc, Route, Pkg tab of the crew account, select the Package Plan tab.

  2. Select Refund Package Plan.

    WARNING:

    Once a Refund is processed, it is not possible to reverse the changes. This process also disables the package plan.

  3. Once the package plan is refunded, the system disables the package and displays the remaining value/quantity for reference only.

  4. If the postings are more than the package price, the system prompts that a refund is not allowed.
