Marking Items as Delivered

Select the item from the Amenity/Special Request section and then click Delivered.

The system then replaces the Red X envelope with a check mark in the Done column with the Date/Time and User who completed the task shown.

Click OK to save, which adds the items to the Special Requests section and a Red X envelope under the Done column

The system places a check mark on the Service Info tab as an alert that there are entries needing follow-up.
