OPERA Cloud Identity Management provides the ability to manage users and groups at enterprise level.

OPERA Cloud Identity Management administrator users on enterprise level are able to manage user access to OPERA Cloud Enterprise Management.

OPERA Cloud Identity Management administrator users at the enterprise location are able to manage Oracle Support Access at the enterprise location for the OPERA Cloud Enterprise Management.

Note:

The enterprise location for Oracle user access is only supported for OPERA Cloud Enterprise Management service.

A new report ‘Oracle Support Access Grants Report’ has been added. The report provides a summary of active Oracle Support Access Grants in their respective locations (enterprise, chains, or properties).
