Guest Journey: Journey: Create Channel Reservation The channel can create a reservation by simply passing a channel code, channel hotel code, channel room type, and channel rate code and return in the Shop API along with arrival and departure dates, number of adults, and children. Journey: Modify Channel Reservation The channel can modify the reservation by sending a full overlay message with the OPERA Cloud confirmation ID. The same information available for Create Channel Reservation is available for Modify Channel Reservation. Journey: Cancel Channel Reservation The channel can quickly cancel a reservation by sending the OPERA Cloud confirmation ID.
