Searching for Solutions

Before creating a support request or reporting an issue, search for existing solutions in the Oracle Support Platform. Many common integration issues have already been documented and resolved by support agents.

Steps to Search:
  1. Go to https://iccp.custhelp.com/.
  2. Log in (required).
  3. Click Knowledge Base.
  4. Use the Search Bar at the top of the page.
    • Enter keywords related to your issue (for example, "Payment method is not valid").
    • Press Enter or click the Search icon.
  5. Browse Knowledge Articles / Answers:
    • Results will appear under "Answers" or "Knowledge Base Articles."
    • Select the most relevant article to view full details.
  6. Use Categories (if available):
    • Look for OHIP as a category to refine your results.
  7. If No Results Are Found:
    • Select Submit a Request to raise a new support case.
    • Complete the form with details of your issue.
