Wake-up calls for not checked in Rooms/Reservations
Q: Is it possible to create a wake-up call for a room or reservation that is not checked-in (on arrival)/(has a room assigned)?
A: No. It is not possible. A reservation must be checked-in to create a wake-up call for it.
Wake up calls in the past
Q: Can the partner system set wake-up calls with a wake-up time in the past?
A: This is not possible. OPERA Cloud rejects wake-up calls when the wake time is in the past.
