17 Email Queue
The Email Queue shows all the reservations that met the eligibility criteria and that have been downloaded into the system. The download and the processing of pre-arrival E-Mails automatically runs every 60 minutes.

Send Pre-Arrival E-Mail: Sends or re-send pre-arrival E-Mails for all selected reservations

Import Reservations: Imports all the reservations that meet the eligibility criteria.

New Reservations: Shows only reservations that have manually been imported since the last import. This allows you to manually send the pre-arrival E-Mail for new reservations.

Note:
The manual reservation import is useful for loading same-day or recently updated reservations into the system or refreshing existing ones. Use the Send Pre-Arrival Email option to send or re-send the pre-arrival email.The report contains the following columns to help you understand the status of each reservation:
