Taxes, Collections, and Transaction Codes Mapping – Tax Test Calculation

You can now test your taxes by calculating different amounts per day.

The Date From and Date To range must be within the main date range.

The summary of all amounts per day must be entered in either gross amount or net amount. This amount is checked against the amounts per day, and a warning is generated if it does not match.

Policies – Guarantee Policies

• Allowed Payment Types: You can now define one or multiple payment types allowed for the guarantee code defined in Configuration > Reservations > Payment Types.

• Release Time: You can now enter the time until a reservation is held for the guest in case it is non-guaranteed. This field is only accessible when Global Guarantee Type is set to None.

Inventory Management – Inventory

• General Configuration: You can now set an Overbooking Protection for your inventory. Activating this setting ensures that the sum of all available rooms is never higher than the total available rooms in your property.

  When changing the setting, you must recalculate your OPERA Cloud Distribution inventory in Actions > Recalculate Inventory in order to have correct values.

• Recalculate Inventory: You can now recalculate your tentative and definitive available values under Actions. When changing the Overbooking Protection setting, you must recalculate your inventory in order to have correct values. Inventory Management – Sell Limits – Template Limits

When deleting a template limit, information is added that the channel sell limits linked to this template are also getting deleted on Availability – Inventory.
