Promotions

You can now view promotions configured in your OPERA Property Management System. Set the View Promotion Codes permission on the Channel Management module of role permissions to view the promotions.

Rates

OPERA Cloud Distribution now supports the processing of multiple level handling of Advance Dynamic Base Rate under a hierarchy received in the OPERA Xchange Interface (OXI). The level of dependencies of child rates must not exceed five levels.

Rates > Products > Product Groups

• The product group description from your OPERA Property Management System (PMS) is now displayed. You need to run a rate resynchronization in your OPERA PMS to get the information for existing records on OPERA Cloud Distribution.

  • Action required for OPERA V5: On OXI select Myfidelio/ORS Interface > Utilities > Resync select Rate section. Select the All button to select all rate codes and start the process by clicking the Resync button.

  • Action required for OPERA Cloud: On Exchange select Myfidelio/ORS Interface > Interface Resync > Rates. Select all rate codes and start the process by selecting Resync.
