From Channels / To Channels

The From Channels screen enables you to view the channel messages for the property incoming from the channel. The To Channels screen enables you to view the channel messages for the property outgoing to the channel.

Managing Channel Messages Summary

Use the following to search:

  • Viewing: You can see the time frame for viewing the messages summary. If you select Created On, you can select a created–on date.

  • Channel: Select the channel for viewing the messages summary. This field is required.

  • Module: Select the module for the channel message summary.

  • Status: Select the status for the messages you want to see.

Click Search to get search results. Only records matching all the selected criteria appear. Click Reset to reset the search data.

Viewing Channel Messages Summary

Select the View icon on the right-hand side of each record to view the Channel messages details.

Managing Channel Messages Details

Use the following to search:

  • Channel: Select the channel for viewing the messages. This field is required.

  • Module: Select the module for the channel message.

  • Created From: Select the start date when the messages were generated. By default, your system date is filled.

  • Created To: Select the end date when the messages were generated. By default, your system date + one day is filled.

Expand the Show More section to search in more detail:

  • Status: Select the status for the messages you want to see.

  • Message Contains: Enter the required word/sentence that appears in a message, and the listing searches and displays the corresponding message.

  • External Reference: Enter the unique external reference number. This is only valid for From Channels.

  • Show Discarded and Failed Events only: When the channel is not OXIHUB, enable show discarded and failed events only to see them in the listing. This is only valid for To Channels.

Click Search to get search results. Only records matching all the selected criteria appear. Click Reset to reset the search data.

Viewing Channel Messages

Select the View icon on the right-hand side of each record to view the Channel messages details.

  • Message Status Badge: Shows the message status.

  • Response Message: Shows the response message.

  • Request Message: Shows the request message.

  • Event ID: Shows the unique event ID.

To download messages:

  • Click Download to download the message with message status, request message, response message, and event ID.

  • Click Close.

Click the next or previous arrows above the heading to navigate through the listed messages on the main screen from the drawer.

  • Reprocess: For channels OXI and OXIHUB, if a message fails you can now reprocess it again. This is only valid for From Channels.
