Guest Room Amenities

This option offers the configuration of all guest room amenities available at your property.

From the Content main menu, select Facilities and then select Guest Room Amenities.

Note:

To define Guest Room Amenities, at least one Room Type must be created.

Note:

In addition to having the appropriate permissions, you must select at least one record in order edit or delete a record. The create option is enabled only when no records are selected.

Managing Room Amenities

  • Room Amenities: Select one or multiple amenities.

Click Search to get search results. Click Reset to reset the search data.

Creating and Editing Amenities

Select the Create icon in the tool bar or, if no amenity exists yet, select the Add button in the middle of the screen to create an amenity. Select an amenity and click the Edit icon in the tool bar to edit a record.

Details Tab

  • Amenity: Select the amenity you want to add to your property. It shows the guest room(s) linked if extra charges apply and if the amenity is confirmable.

  • Link Guest Room: Select one or multiple guest rooms that are valid for this amenity. You can select all per room class or select individual room types. At least one guest room must be linked to the amenity.

  • Set up Amenity: To add more details select the pencil icon. Select if the amenity is confirmable, insert the amount and charge unit if applicable, and the quantity of amenity available.

Deleting a Guest Room Amenity

Select the Guest Room Amenity and click the Delete icon in the tool bar. A message provides you with the option to Keep or Delete the record.
