Promotions

This menu option displays the promotions configured in your Property Management System.

From the Pricing main menu, select Promotions. By default, the screen displays the list of all promotions.

Prerequisites

Appropriate permissions are required to access the Promotions menu. From the Role Manager menu, select Role Permissions. The option accessible from the Pricing main menu is covered by the View Promotion Codes permission on the Channel Management module. For further information, see: 11.1 Role Permissions.

Managing Promotions

Use the following to search:

• Promotion Code: Enter partial or full Promotion Code.

• Promotion Description: Enter partial or full Promotion Description.

• View Inactive: Select this check box to include inactive promotions.

Click Search to get search results. Only records matching all selected criteria appear. Click Reset to reset the search data and get the default display.

Viewing Promotions

Select the View icon on the right-hand side of each product group to view more details. Click Close to close the details.
