Configuring Reservation Colors

Prerequisites for Reservation Colors

Reservation colors are used to uniquely identify a subset of reservations at your property; for example, guests with disability or other special needs. 

Configure the descriptions for the Display Color list field displayed in reservation stay details.

The available colors are:

  • Black

  • Blue

  • Cyan

  • Green

  • None

  • Red

  • White

  • Yellow

Editing Reservation Colors

  1. From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Reservation Management, and then select Colors.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select the color in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis and select Edit.

    1. Description: Enter a description for the color

    2. Sequence: Enter a number that controls the display position of this code in list.

    3. Inactive: Select checkbox to make the color inactive. 

  4. Click Save.
