Configuring Turnaway Codes
Adding Turnaway Codes

Select the Administration menu, select Booking, select Reservation Management, and then select Turnaway Codes.

Click New and complete the following fields:

Property:. Enter or search for and select a property.

Code: Enter a code that defines the reason for the turnaway (for example, SO, PR, RT, WL, or BQ).

Description: Enter a description for the turnaway code, such as Sold out, Price resistance, Room type requested not available, Wrong location, Banquet facilities not available, and so on.

Turnaway Type: Classify the turnaway as either a Denial (the property denies business from the guest) or a Regret (a guest denies business from the property).

Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned.

Click Save.
Editing Turnaway Codes

Select the Administration menu, select Booking, select Reservation Management, and then select Turnaway Codes.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

In the search results, select the code, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and then click Edit.

Inactive: Select checkbox to mark a code as inactive. If inactive, it is excluded from the display .list.

Update the configuration.

Click Save.
Deleting Turnaway Codes

Select the Administration menu, select Booking, select Reservation Management, and then select Turnaway Codes.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

In the search results, select the code, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and then click Delete.

Click Delete to confirm.
