Configuring District Codes

Adding District Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Geographic Management, and then select Districts.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:
    1. Code: Enter a Code for the district.

    2. Description: Enter a Description of the district.

      1. Manage Translations: Click to enter the description in additional languages (Available when the Multi-language OPERA Control is active).

    3. Sequence: Enter a Sequence number to position the district in a list.

  3. Click Save or click Save and Continue to create another code.

Editing District Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Geographic Management, and then select Districts.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the district code, then click the vertical ellipsis and select Edit.

  4. Update details.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting District Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Geographic Management, and then select Districts.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the district code, then click the vertical ellipsis and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
