Configuring Delivery Status
Delivery status codes are used while displaying the reservation delivery status in the Reservation Delivery History panel.
Codes 1 - 5 are populated by default and correspond to information returned from OPERA Cloud eXchange Interface; the descriptions can be edited as required.
Adding Delivery Statuses
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise select Chain and Property and select Delivery Status. 
- 
                        Click New and enter the following details: - 
                              Code: Enter a code for the delivery status. 
- 
                              Description: Enter the description of the delivery status. - 
                                    Manage Translation: Click to open the multi-language screen and configure a translated description for each language

                              Sequence: Enter a sequence number that determines the position of this delivery status in lists. 
 
- 
                              
- 
                        Click Save. 
Editing Delivery Statuses
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise select Chain and Property and select Delivery Status. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, click Search. 
- 
                        Select a delivery status, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Edit. 
- 
                        Update configuration. 
- 
                        Click Save. 
Deleting Delivery Statuses
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise select Chain and Property and select Delivery Status. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, click Search. 
- 
                        Select a delivery status, click the vertical ellipsis and select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
