Configuring a Desktop ID Document Scanner

Adding a Desktop ID Document Scanner

  1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, and select ID Document Scanners.

  2. Click New and complete the following:
    1. Property: Enter or select the property.

    2. Scanner Type: Select the Desktop radio button. If ID Document scanning configuration already exists for the selected property, you are presented with the following warning message: Desktop scanner configuration for [Property Code] already exists. If you continue and save this new configuration it will overwrite the existing record. DELETE IMAGE

    3.  ID Document Scanner: Enter the partner name or other identifier. This is a free text field.

    4.  URL: Enter the URL for the ID scanning solution; including domain, port, and resource location . Example: https://domain.com:443/scan.

    5. ID Type Mapping: Select the applicable Identification Types for the supportable ID Document Types displayed

      • Drivers License. Select the ID Type for drivers license from the list

      • ID Card. Select the ID Type for ID Card from the list

      • Passport. Select the ID Type for Passport from the list

      • Visa. Select the ID Type for Visa from the list

    • Click Save.

Editing a Desktop ID Document Scanner

  1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, and select ID Document Scanners.

  2. Select the ID Document Scanner configuration entry that has the Desktop column checked.

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis and select Edit.

  4. Update the configuration:

    1. Inactive: Select checkbox to mark this integration as inactive.

      Note:

      Property and Scanner Type are read only.
  5. Click Save.

Deleting a Desktop ID Document Scanner

  1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, and select ID Document Scanners.

  2. Select the ID Document Scanner configuration entry that has the Desktop column checked.

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
