Managing Export File Delivery Configuration

Editing Export Delivery Configuration

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Exports, and select either General Membership or Back Office.

  2. Enter a search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the Export Definition  in your search results, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Delivery Configuration.

  4. Click Edit to update the destination.

    1. SFTP (Legacy): Select to delivery export to SFTP location.

      1. SFTP Name: Enter the SFTP endpoint.

    2. SFTP: Select to delivery export to SFTP location.

      1. SFTP Code: Select a SFTP destination from the list.

      2. SFTP Folder: Select a folder from the list.

    3. HTTPS: Not used.

    4. File System: Select to generate a file for manual download. Files are retained for 30 days. For more information, see Viewing and Generating Export Files

  5. Click Save.
