Key Packet Labels

Prerequisites for Key Packet Labels

The key packet label functionality provides a sample_key_packet template that can be customized as needed, based on the label sheets being used.

Generating Key Packet Labels

1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Front Desk, select Front Desk Workspace then select Key Packet Labels.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Sort by: Click to select a different sort order from the list.

4. Select the reservations in the search result and click Process Key Packet Labels.

   Note:

   To select all reservations listed click the check box in the column titles.

5. Enter the following details:

   1. Key Packet Template: Select a template from the list

   2. Starting Row Position: Enter the row of first label

   3. Starting Column Position: Enter the column of the first label

   4. Select Destination

      1. Preview: Select to generate as PDF (preview to print)

      2. Email to Print: Select to send PDF via email to printer. 

         • Select a printer from the list
      3. Email: Select to email to recipient.

         • Enter a recipient email address.

   5. Click Process.
