Viewing the Billing Summary

The Billing Summary displays a summary of charges for each billing window. When the Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Service, Casino and Gaming Management Add-on is active, the Billing Summary page also allows casino hosts to review a side-by-side summary comparison of the "cash" and "comped" charges for a reservation.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Front Desk, and then select In House.

  2. Enter search criteria and then click Search.

  3. Select the reservation from the search results and click I Want To... and select Billing.

  4. In Manage Billing

    1. Click I Want To... and then select Billing Summary.
