Managing Resource Notes
Adding Resource Notes
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Events, and then select Manage Events. 
- 
                        Select or confirm the Property, enter any additional search criteria, and click Search. 
- 
                        In the search results, click the event’s I Want To . . . action and select Event Resources. 
- 
                        On the Event Resources screen, select an item, event space, or menu item from the list of the event’s resources. 
- 
                        Click the item or menu item vertical ellipsis, select Add Note, and enter the following details: - 
                              Title: Enter a title for the note. 
- 
                              Sequence: Enter a number to determine the order in which the note should appear when listed. 
- 
                              Internal: Select the check box to mark the note as internal. Internal notes can be excluded from output on client correspondence by default. 
- 
                              Comment: Enter the note details. 
 
- 
                              
- 
                        Click Save or click Save and Continue to add another note. 
Viewing and Updating Resource Notes
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Events, and then select Manage Events. 
- 
                        Select or confirm the Property, enter any additional search criteria, and click Search. 
- 
                        From search results, select the event, click the I Want To . . . action, and select Event Resources. 
- 
                        Locate the item, event space, or menu item from the list of event resources and click the note symbol. 
- 
                        From the Resource Notes screen, select the note, click the [+] symbol to expand the card, and read the note comments. 
- 
                        To edit the note, click the note’s vertical ellipsis and click Edit. 
- 
                        Make your changes and click Save. 
Deleting Resource Notes
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Events, and then select Manage Events. 
- 
                        Select or confirm the Property, enter any additional search criteria, and click Search. 
- 
                        From search results, select the event, click the I Want To . . . action, and select Event Resources. 
- 
                        Locate the item, event space, or menu item from the list of event resources and click the note symbol. 
- 
                        From the Resource Notes screen, locate the note, click the note’s vertical ellipsis, and select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
