18 Generating the Configured Roles and Tasks Report

Once roles have been configured and tasks assigned to the roles, you can generate a report listing roles and their assigned tasks per task group.
  1. From Role Manager, select Configured Roles and Tasks Report.
    1. Level: Select either Chain or Property role level
    2. Task Group(s): Select a Module. For example, Booking Management or Financials from the list.
    3. Role(s): Select one or more Roles (for example, Admin or Front Desk).
    4. Click Search.
  2. Once the report is generated, click I Want To... and select Printable Page to view a printable version of the online report.
