Updating Contacts
The Update Contact Utility can be used to replace the contact associated with future activities, business blocks, and/or reservations
- 
                        From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities, select Data Management then select Update Contact.- 
                                 Property: Select or confirm the property. 
- 
                                 Change From Contact: Click to open the Contact search, select a contact to update. 
- 
                                 Change To Contact: Click to open Contact search, select the contact you want to replace with. 
- 
                                 Update Options: Select the check boxes that correspond to the entities to update the contact.- 
                                          Activities: All future activities. 
- 
                                          Blocks:All future business blocks. 
- 
                                          Reservations: All future reservations (Available when the Reservation Contacts OPERA Control is active). 
 
-

                                 Make Primary for All: Select this check box to make the new contact the primary contact for updated business blocks and activities. 
 
- 
                                 
- 
                        Click Update Contacts.
