Synchronizing Room Inventory

Prerequisites for Synchronizing Room Inventory

Synchronize Inventory is used to synchronize the future room availability for a property.

  1. From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities, select Synchronization then select Inventory.

    1. Property: Select or confirm property

    2. From Date: Enter or select a start date; date must be equal or greater than the current date.

    3. To Date: Enter or select an end date

  2.  Click Start.

    1. Synchronizing progress is indicated; click OK to close

    2. Click Status to display progress.
