Configuring Distance Type Codes

Use Distance Types to define multiple units for distances (kilometers, miles, inches).

Adding Distance Type Codes

1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Geographic Management, and then select Distance Types.

2. Click New and enter the following details:

   1. Code: Enter a Code for the Distance Type.

   2. Description: Enter a Description of the Distance Type.

      1. Manage Translations: Click to enter the description in additional languages (Available when the Multi-language OPERA Control is active).

   3. Sequence: Enter a Sequence number to position the Distance Type in a list.

3. Click Save or click Save and Continue to create another code.

Editing Distance Type Codes

1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Geographic Management, and then select Distance Types.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the Distance Type code, then click the vertical ellipsis and select Edit.

4. Update details.

5. Click Save.

Deleting Distance Type Codes

1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Geographic Management, and then select Distance Types.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the Distance Type code, then click the vertical ellipsis and select Delete.

4. Click Delete to confirm.
