Configuring AR Restricted Reasons
Adding AR Restricted Reasons
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Accounts Receivables Management, and then select Restricted Reasons. 
- Click New and enter the following details:
                        - 
                              Property: Select or confirm the property. 
- 
                              Code: Enter a code to identify the restricted reason. 
- 
                              Description: Enter a description of the reason. 
- 
                              Sequence: Enter a sequence number to indicate the placement of the restricted reason code when it appears in the profile account setup list of restrictions. Restricted reasons without a sequence number appear in alphabetical order following restriction reasons with a sequence number.

                        Click Save. 
Editing AR Restriction Reasons
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Accounts Receivables Management, and then select Restricted Reasons. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, click Search. 
- 
                        From search results, select a restricted reason , click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, select Edit. 
- 
                        Update the configuration. 
- 
                        Click Save. 
Deleting AR Restriction Reasons
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Accounts Receivables Management, and then select Restricted Reasons. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, click Search. 
- 
                        From search results, select a restricted reason, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Save.
