Channel Mapping Amenities
Adding Amenities
Use the following steps to add Amenities to channels:

From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Channel Mapping, and select Amenities.

Click New.

On the Amenity Management screen, complete the following fields:

Property. Select the property if logged into a chain location.

Channel. Select the channel where the amenity code will be available.

Feature Type. Select the feature type such as Room, Property, and so on.

Feature. Select the feature that belongs to the amenity code.

Amenity Code. Select the Global Distribution System (GDS) amenity code from the list.

Description. As an option, enter a text description of the amenity or feature.

Click Save.
Editing Amenities

From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Channel Mapping, and select Amenities.

Select search criteria and click Search.
-
From search results, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu on the channel you want to edit and select Edit.

Make changes to the description.

Click Save.
Deleting Amenities

From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Channel Mapping, and select Amenities.

Select search criteria and click Search.
-
From search results, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu on the channel you want to delete and select Delete.
