As Oracle Hospitality enhances its Cloud Services, we are looking for opportunities to offer enhanced, high-quality service to you, our customer. OPERA Cloud collects product and user journey data, which provides information that will enable a better understanding of actual application usage. These insights will allow Oracle Hospitality to make data-driven product management decisions.
Information Collected
Examples of information automatically collected includes the browser and clicks you make in the application. Although user IDs are saved, Oracle does not directly pass our users’ identities to this service. We make a unique token from your user identity, and then this tokenized ID is transmitted to and stored by Pendo on servers within the United States.
Your information is private to Oracle and is never sold.

To opt-out of Analytics and Guided Learning, deactivate the Guided Learning OPERA Control for your organization.
