Prerequisites for Credit Ratings
You can set different levels of credit ratings for Company, Source, and Travel Agent profiles. You can use the credit ratings as criteria when configuring deposit/cancellation rule schedules for reservations and business blocks attached to the profile. This enables both guests and travel agents or bookers who make reservations with the property to have these cancellation and deposit rules applied based on the credit rating indicated on their profile.
Reservation types have different credit ratings defined for them under the Reservation Types Schedule. To link the credit rating to the profile, assign a reservation type to the Company, Source, or Travel Agent profile.
