In this video, you will learn how to manually create a task sheet in OPERA Cloud.

Let's get started.

On the OPERA Cloud menu, go to Inventory, select Task Sheets, and then select Create

Manual Task Sheets.

I click New.

Next, I select the task magnifying glass, and check the full service checkbox.

And click select.

Next, I select the Room magnifying glass, and select the rooms in the pickup and dirty

status from the list and then click select.

Next, I enter 15 for the number of credits to allocate per room.

Then I enter the room instructions.

And then click create.

Now I can see the task sheet I just created.

I can click the detail tab to view the rooms per task sheet.

Or I can select the vertical ellipsis to create a task sheet report.

Or I can click new to create another new task sheet.

I can click to manage task sheets to view the actions for each task sheet, including

updating the status, or make changes to the task sheets including assigning a housekeeping
