In this video, you will learn how to generate reports in OPERA Cloud.

Let's get started.

Go to reports, and then select manage reports.

I can search for a report by report name or I can select a report group from the drop-down

list to view a list of reports for the report group.

The report groups available depend on the report group tasks assigned to your user's

In this example, to see a list of all reports, I select all report groups and then click

I can generate a report with the default parameters or I can choose to edit the report parameters

before generating the report.

In this example, I select the option to edit the report parameters to change the default

report parameters for the reservation forecast report.

Now, I can select a date range and change any of the other report parameters.

I can choose to select a specific rate code for this report from the drop-down list, or

Next, I can select the option to generate the report, I can download, email, or preview

I can download the report in any of the following formats: HTML, RTF, PDF, XML, Delimited, Delimited

In this example, I select to preview the report as a PDF, and then I can print the report
