Viewing Property Availability

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Inventory and then select Property Availability.

Select the Property, enter the date and other optional information, and then click Search. The results are separated into house availability and room type availability

Click Days list to change the number of day columns in the search results.
Note:
The number of days available for selection depends on your workstations resolution. At a minimum you can choose between 1 day or 7 days availability, at a maximum up to 28 days availability. -
Click View Options to include or remove details to display.

House Options

Default View. Select the value that you want to display by default when launching Property Availability

Select the values that you want to display in the Room Type availability section. The Select / Deselect All check box is available to select all options. For more information, see Property Availability

Room Type Options

Default View. Select the value that you want to display by default (per room type) when launching Property Availability

Select the values that you want to display in the Room Type availability section. The Select / Deselect All check box is available to select all options.

Refer Property Availability.

Click Expand All to expand all House and Room Type rows to view all details

Click a Date to launch the Manage Restrictions

Click an Available Rooms value to open Manage Sell Limits

From the vertical ellipsis:

Click Edit Available Rooms to enable inline edit of Max Available Rooms value for House and Room types on the property availability page.

Click Save.

Click Edit Sell Limits to enable inline edit of Sell Limit value on the property availability page.

Click Save.

Click Edit Sell Control to enable inline edit of Sell Control value on the property availability page.

Click Save.

Click Edit Restrictions to launch the Manage Restrictions.

Click Block Details to navigate to Using Group Rooms Control.
