Managing Activity Attachments
Adding Activity Attachments
You can attach files (less than 10MB in size ) to Activities using the Attachments feature.
- 
                           From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Activity, and then select Manage Activity. 
- 
                           Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                           From your search results, select the Activity, click the I Want To . . . action, and select Attachments or open the Activity and click the Attachments details link. 
- 
                           Click New to attach a new file. - 
                                 Click Browse and select a file on your workstation. 
- 
                                 Filename: Enter a filename using only alphanumeric characters. No spaces or special characters are accepted. 
- 
                                 Description: Enter a description of the attachment.

- 
                           Click Save. 
Downloading Activity Attachments
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Activity, and then select Manage Activity. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                        From your search results, select the Activity, click the I Want To . . . action, and select Attachments or open the activity and click the Attachments details link. 
- 
                        On the Attachments screen, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and then click Download. 
- 
                        Select either Open or Save File. 
Deleting Activity Attachments
Note:
Attachments are automatically deleted when an activity is deleted or purged.- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Activity, and then select Manage Activity. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                        From your search results, select the Activity, click the I Want To . . . action, and select Attachments or open the activity and click the Attachments details link. 
- 
                        On the Attachments screen, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and then click Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
