Managing Profile Delivery Types
Delivery Types define eFolio export delivery methods. You must select one Delivery Type as the primary type.
In multi-property operations, this information is property specific.
Adding Profile Delivery Types

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles.

Click the View By list and select a profile type.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

From the search results, click the I Want To . . . action and select Delivery Types or click the Delivery Types link in the Profile presentation.

Click New and enter the following details:

Property: Enter or select the property.

Delivery Group: Select EFOLIO_EXPORT from the list.

Delivery Type: Select a delivery type (method) from the list.

Delivery Value: Enter the details based on the delivery type, required for Electronic and Email types.

Primary: Select to mark this type (method) as the primary.

Sequence: Enter a display sequence.

Click Save.
Editing Profile Delivery Types

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles.

Click the View By list and select a profile type.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

From the search results, click the I Want To . . . action and select Delivery Types or click the Delivery Types link in the Profile presentation.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select a Delivery Type, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Edit.

Update details.
-
Click Save.
Deleting Profile Delivery Types

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles.

Click the View By list and select a profile type.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

From the search results, click the I Want To . . . action and select Delivery Types or click the Delivery Types link in the Profile presentation.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select a Delivery Type, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Delete.

Click Delete to confirm.
