Configuring Communication Methods

Adding Communication Methods

1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Communication Methods.

2. Click New and complete the following

   1. Code: The Service Request code.

   2. Description. The description of the Service Request Priority

      1. Manage Translation: Select to open the multi-language descriptions screen and configure a translated description for each language. (Available when the Multi-language OPERA Control is active).

   3. Sequence: Enter a display sequence.

3. Click Save or Save and Continue to add another.

Editing Communication Methods

1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Communication Methods.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the Communication Method, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

4. Update the configuration.

5. Click Save.

Deleting Communication Methods

1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Communication Methods.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the Communication Method, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

4. Click Delete to confirm
