MASTER ALLOCATION BLOCK ID [MASTER_ALLOCATION_BLOCK_ID]		Master Allocation Block ID to be used when creating a block through OWS.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ROOMS PER BLOCK [MAXIMUM_NUMBER_OF_ROOMS_PER_BLOCK]		Maximum number of rooms per day that can be allocated when creating a Block/Allotment thorough web.
MINIMUM NUMBER OF ROOMS PER BLOCK [MINIMUM_NUMBER_OF_ROOMS_PER_BLOCK]		Minimum number of rooms per day that can be allocated when creating a Block/Allotment thorough web.
