Player Snapshot
Prerequisites for Player Snapshot
The Player Snapshot gives you a summary of comp and reservation information related to current, future, and past stays by guests who have a Patron Tracking System (PTS) player ID. This feature is available when the Oracle Hospitality OPERA Comp Accounting Cloud Service is active.
Besides giving an overview of information related to guests who have player IDs, you can also determine which guests are scheduled to arrive on a given date, check the current comp balances for in- house guests, and so on.
