Prerequisites for Simple Events

The Simple Events feature enables you to create and manage basic catering events on block reservations. You can schedule an event for a specific date, time period, and number of attendees, assign an Event space and specify the Event Type and Setup Style. You can also add event notes to track various resource requirements for the event.

These events then appear on the Function Diary, which shows scheduled events by date, time of day, and Event space.

You can also use the customizable contract merge template Contract Merge Report (Based on Sample_Cont_Merge.RTF with Rep_Cont_Merge.FMX) to generate a pseudo Banquet Event Order for the events.
