Configuring Global (Mailing) Action Codes

You can assign Mailing Action Codes to identify profiles you want to include in custom reports or exports

Global Mailing Action Codes are applicable when the Property Action Codes OPERA Control is inactive. 

When the Property Action Codes OPERA Control is active you need to configure property specific mailing codes . Refer to Configuring Mailing Action Codes .

Adding Global (Mailing) Action Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management and select Global Action Codes.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:

    1. Code: Enter a code for the Global Mailing Action.

    2. Description: Enter the name of the Global Mailing Action.

      1. Manage Translation: Click to open the multi-language descriptions screen and configure a translated menu name for each language.

    3. Sequence: Enter a sequence number that determines the position of this code in listings.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Global (Mailing) Action Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management and select Global Action Codes.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the Global Mailing Action Code, then click the vertical ellipsis and select Edit.

    1. Update the configuration.

    2. Inactive: Select check box to inactive the code.

  4. Click Save.

Deleting Global (Mailing) Action Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management and select Global Action Codes.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the Global Mailing Action Code, then click the vertical ellipsis and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete and confirm.
