Configuring Nationalities

The nationality of a guest or contact is selected in Profile Identification and Personal Details.

Note:

ID document scanning integration requires two-character country codes and it is recommended to maintain configuration based on ISO 3166-1. For more information, see https://www.iso.org/iso-3166-country-codes.html.

Adding Nationalities

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Geographic Management, and then select Nationalities.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:
    1. Code: Enter a code.

    2. Description: Enter a description for the Nationality.
      1. Manage Translations: Click to enter the description in additional languages (available when the Multi-language OPERA Control is active).

    3. Sequence: Enter a number to position the Nationality code in a list.

  3. Click Save. Or, click Save and Continue to create another Nationality code.

Editing Nationalities

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Geographic Management, and then select Nationalities.

    Enter search criteria and click Search.

  2. Select the nationality code, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Edit.

  3. Update configuration.

  4. Click Save.

Deleting Nationalities

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Geographic Management, and then select Nationalities.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the nationality code, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
