Configuring Property Details

Adding Property Details

Note:

When the OPERA Multi-property Cross Reservation Cloud Service is active, new Property Details are created by selecting the Template tab. Once created, you can copy Property Details to specific properties using Copy the action. See Copying Configuration Codes to Multiple Properties for more information.

1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Property Details.

2. Click New and complete the following

   1. Code. Enter a code for the Property Detail.

   2. Category. Select the Property Details Category from the list.

   3. Sequence. Enter a display sequence.

   4. Property Detail Values:

      1. To add a Property Detail value, click New and complete the following

         1. Code. Enter a code for the property detail value.

         2. Description. Enter a description for the property detail value.

         3. Sequence . Enter a display sequence.

      2. To delete a Property Detail Value

         1. Click a code, click Vertical Ellipsis and select Delete.

3. Click Save.

Editing Property Details

1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Property Details.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the Property Details, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

4. Update the configuration.

5. Click Save.

Deleting Property Details

1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Property Details.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the Property Details, hen click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

4. Click Delete to confirm.
